End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Calisthenics Counter.

By downloading or using Calisthenics Counter, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the app.

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Calisthenics Counter for personal, non-commercial purposes on your iPhone.

2. Data and Privacy

Calisthenics Counter does not collect or store any data externally. All data, such as your daily pushup, pullup, and squat counts, is saved locally on your iPhone using Apple's UserDefaults. No data is shared or transmitted to any third parties.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

1. Reverse-engineer or decompile the app.
2. Use the app for illegal or malicious activities.

4. Termination

We may terminate your access to the app at any time if you breach this Agreement.

5. No Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses that may arise from your use of the app.

6. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time, and any changes will be posted here.
